There is nothing like the rush you get from doing something new for the first time. Dylan is purchasing his very first home, and has been a fantastic person to work with. He lost a few, very competitive situations over the last few months, but he hung in there and found this amazing house. He’ll be living there with his girlfriend, Mica. Throughout the process he always had a great attitude and he was an excellent person to work with. He had his heart set on living in SE, and decided he would rather wait than settle for something in an area he didn’t love. We’re happy to say it was worth the wait. Dylan is also an avid golf player. Considering the proximity of his “move in ready” house to Eastmoreland Golf Course, he’ll have plenty of free time to do just that! Congratulations to you, Dylan!
