Just Sold in SE Portland’s Ladd’s Addition neighborhood! 
Congratulations to my most amazing clients (and now friends, even better!), Lisa & Will on their new dream home! WOW this is the most perfect match of buyer/home matchmaking yet. 
Lisa & Will are seasoned home buyers and knew specifically what they wanted and in a very precise location. We started the search in January with even more slim pickens’ in Portland’s already tight inventory. We looked at everything from Queen Anne Victorians, Bungalows to Foursquares, when this perfect Old-PDX style came on in the absolute most perfect location, they pounced (Jo the kitty was proud of the pouncing!)! This was the one! We dialed in quickly and had tunnel vision to get them in, closed, and on their way to making happy memories (especially on that front porch swing
