Congratulations to my buyers, a wonderful family of three who just purchased this Sellwood Bungalow!
Front porch dreams come to reality in this super convenient Sellwood location just blocks to New Seasons and all of the local gems like the Limelight, Saburo’s, PDX Sliders, a Cena Ristorante, Bible Club, Reverend’s BBQ, and Bertie Lous, just to name a few.
Inside they were met with pristine wood floors and woodworking throughout, some charming pocket doors to separate the living room from the dining room, tall ceilings, picture railings, and just about everything you could think of. Main level bedrooms and upper level bedrooms, a basement with tall as ever ceilings, and the most amazing yard are more of the perks. The seller was a master gardener and no stone was left unturned. Edibles, flowers, grasses, a lovely wall of jasmine, if you have a favorite plant there’s a good chance you’d find it here. Ever seen or read the secret garden? Feels like that. A thanks to that seller for all of the fresh blueberries I got to munch of during the inspections, too!
They survived a tough round of negotiations and everyone worked together to come up with concessions and find a way to keep things moving. Ah, what a good place it can be if we all communicate and stick together the best we can.
The closing process took about a month and before they knew it, they were moving in and getting ready to enjoy their new neighborhood.
