A big congratulations to Tim, Lisa, and their son Cooper who now will be calling this lovely home theirs. They live in NE Portland and are making the journey across the river to the Westside to get a little change of pace, and be close to great schools for Cooper. During our search, they found themselves beat out on some homes they’d loved, we ended up finding the perfect one for them. Everything happens for a reason! It’s a gorgeous open home with tons of space. It also backs up to beautiful woods with hiking trails that Tim and Cooper already plan to explore together. I couldn’t be more happy for Tim, Lisa, and Cooper as they begin this amazing new journey. Special shoutout to Breylan Deal-Erikson who represented the seller!
