Ok, so we’ve been working with these buyers for over a year. At one point, we were averaging 5 houses a week throughout the Spring. It was just something I could count on, 5 with them. They’ve asked we don’t share their name or photo, but these two are really living the American dream. They’re young, they own their own bar, and now they own their own home! And what a home it is…
After working with them for a year, I really got to know the ins and outs of what they were really looking for. It took me all of 15 seconds to say “this is the one.” They had room for their pool table, a room for their home theatre, and the house comes with a secret bookcase passage. The attention to detail on the exterior paint is amazing. And it Not only that, but the house is only a block away from my house! We’re going to be neighbors! As if we haven’t seen enough of each other the past year…
