A huge congratulations to Rachel, Chris, and their awesome kids. This awesome family just scored a breathtaking Downtown home! They’re coming from North Carolina, but Portland was always on their minds. When we found this spectacular 25th floor unit with beautiful views, they knew it was the one. At the time we made the offer, the family was actually in Romania volunteering to help build an orphanage.
Talk about some rad folks! With the magic of technology, we did the whole thing over the internet AND managed to make the building VA loan certified!Of course we wouldn’t have gotten here without the tireless work of our team’s Jim Scolastico and the amazing selling agent, William Gilliland of Windermere. Just like the Beardens here, I know I’m certainly jumping for joy! Congratulations to this wonderful family and welcome to Portland!
