Two months ago, Josh and Kalin reached out about wanting to sell their home in Hillsdale. They had bought it as a foreclosure during the recession and put lots of love into making it a home for their family. This year, they decided it was time to make the move to Bend. We met a couple times to talk listing prep, pricing strategy, and timeline.
Josh and Kalin made the decision to move to Bend before going on the market so that we could get the house staged. With the held of Shanon at Modern Folk staging, the house photographed beautifully!
With just a few days on market, we got an offer nearly $20,000 over asking. Today, the buyers have a new place to call home and Josh and Kalin are off to new adventures in Bend!
