Just Sold in Portland’s Hillsdale neighborhood!
What a journey for these buyers…I met Justine and Wes last June when they started casually looking for a home in a very specific area of Hillsdale. In a seven month period we only looked at about 6 homes – they are seasoned buyers and knew what they wanted and waited very patiently to get it. When we first drove by the property, there was no sign in the yard and I thought to myself “what a gorgeous home, I wonder what it looks like on the inside”. Lo and behold this was the one! We snapped this home up so quickly that the listing agent didn’t have time to put a sign in the yard! At the end of it all, I negotiated for the buyers to get this pristine mid-century classic under list price in the perfect location for their family.
