I met Matt a little bit over a year ago when he was looking for a rental. He asked to see the house that was for sale across the street. I educated him about homes that have been remodeled without proper permitting, but he wanted to find that midcentury ranch that had been updated and permitted.
I found this house while searching for him and knew that it would be perfect. We had seen others but had been outbid. At his price point, the competition was fierce. I could tell that he really loved this one, so we went all in. There were multiple offers. The listing agent said that my communication was one of the elements that helped my client win the house. What a great feeling!
