A big congratulations to our client, Marissa, who just closed on this marvelous Milwaukie abode. She was living in Tucson, and wanted to be closer to some family in Portland. As a nurse, she was able to transfer to OHSU. And so began the hunt for a new home for Marissa, her daughter, and two dogs. It was immediately clear this was the one. After a challenging sale of her house in Tucson, we were able to put together a smooth purchase in Portland! Luckily, she had our team’s extraordinary Jim Scolastico to help! She’s so excited to get her keys and begin her new life here in Portland. As soon as Marissa was handed the keys, the dogs took off for the backyard and everyone was in love with the new place. On behalf of the whole team, I am thrilled to be among the first to welcome Marissa to the Rose City. Hurray!
