Just SOLD! Milwaukie 1/3 acre

By Living Room Realty, October 3, 2021

We just closed this seventies ranch tucked away on super private Hollywood Ave. With a modern & functional floorplan and a huge treed lot, this property appealed to more than a few buyers when hitting the market in August.

I’ve so enjoyed knowing my sellers Fran and Dana since helping them purchase this property in 2007. They’ve loved living here and it served them well as their family grew by two kids and an older parent. They would’ve kept right on living here had the opportunity not arisen to take over a family farm on 7 acres in Texas.

The sellers were anxious to get their boys settled into the school year so made a plan to leave by months end. A few weeks prior to closing, off they went on their new adventure, two cars, one travel trailer, 3 dogs, a cat and the whole family in tow for their road trip south.
We ran into a few snags on the buyer financing side along the way, however, the willingness to embrace teamwork by everyone involved got us to the finish line. I’m grateful for my cool headed sellers who always stayed solution oriented and trusted me to keep things on track here in Oregon.
Here’s to Dana, Fran and family as they settle in for the next journey in their lives! Enjoy all that open space!
