I met Kenny when he did the electrical in my husband’s studio. He asked if I would help him sell his rental in Newberg.
Every time I saw him after that conversation we’d talk about getting his house ready to list. He had a “friend” living there, who in exchange for rent was getting the house ready to sell…… for like SIX MONTHS!! He finally said enough and had to remove the “friend” from his home. Once that happened, he got a crew hired and within two weeks was ready to list. Thankfully, the updating and repairs he completed made the house easy to sell. We had a huge Open House turn out the first weekend with a low offer we didn’t accept. Within two weeks we had an offer Kenny was happy with. He’s content to be out of the rental business for now so he can concentrate on his primary residence.
