So stoked to represent the buyer for this gorgeous Tangerine Dream home in Alberta Arts! This was one of my favorite transactions ever – one of the first homes where the moment I heard of it I KNEW this was the one for Jim. I sent it to him a few weeks before it went live on the MLS – the only photo I had was street view. He was hesitant, but came to the open house I held a few weeks later.
LO AND BEHOLD! HE LOVED IT! He was set on offering on another home that morning, but when he saw “Tangerine Dreams” he agreed with me, THIS WAS THE ONE.
This only scratches the surface of this awesome story – consummate professionals all around (another Living Room agent on the “other side!) and a smooth process all the way to the end.
