I knew that this beautiful custom built home would attract a lot of attention. It was impeccably maintained with many updated features and in a very seller driven market.
I wasn’t anticipating the level of interest that it got. So many showings and 23 offers total. It ended up selling for $75,000 over the asking price.
This is one happy seller off on her next adventure to be closer to family. I am so thrilled for her.
