If you know anything about the Portland real estate market, then you know the $300k price range is nearly non-existent and it can be a brutal search. That certainly didn’t stop these two. After a few months of searching and a couple of near-misses, they finally landed an amazing little ranch fairly close in NE.
When it came to going to see inside the house, it was occupied not only by people but by a certain fellow that made it VERY distracting to notice anything else, Jerry. Jerry happens to be the most perfect golden retriever so of course they have named it “Jerry’s House” now and forever!
