Last minute decision and offer was accepted.

Between my colleague Lisa and I we were able to turn an offer in less than 30 minutes (offer deadline) for our beautiful buyer Fatima. Fatima had seen the home the night before but was feeling a bit nervous to move forward. With a little bit time left before offer deadline she called and asked us to submit an offer on her behalf. Lisa called the listing agent to get us some intel and I started the offer. There were quite a few offers turned in for this well taken care of duplex, yet ours stood out enough that it was accepted. Today we closed on Fatima’s sweet duplex in Beaverton. Thank you Fatima for trusting us!
