My first repeat client! Technically, they’re Jake’s great friends, but we’re two years in and it’s looking like Jake and I are in it together for the long haul.
Andrew and Kelly were the first clients of Jake’s that I met when we started together. We did not spend a lot of time together, but could immediately tell they were good people. Fast forward 2 years to today and we’re closing on their new home, closer in! Their model is what we preach to our clients. Buy when you can afford, but don’t take on more than that. We got them a cute AF ranch in Foster Powell for a very affordable price. Knowing the style of these two, the ranch is going to look rather different by 2019.
