Let’s Talk Staging Your Home.

DID YOU KNOW

Staged homes spend 73% less time on market than non-staged homes.

And staging brings in an 8-10% return on investment. (The National Association of Realtors).

In a market where homes are sitting for longer periods of time and not seeing steady price increases, staging your home should be a huge consideration.

Just the other day I was walking through a home with some buyers and one of them said “I wish this home was staged so we could better see what it would be like to live here”.

Getting your home staged prior to selling is not just about presenting a polished look it’s about providing a canvas home buyers can use to envision their lives there.

By doing so you will attract more eyes online, 99% of millennial home buyers said they start their search online according to NAR, and you will make buyers feel more at home when touring the property.

That upfront cost can be extremely worth it when you are making the 8-10% return come closing day!

Want to discuss what strategies you can use, including staging, to sell your home for top dollar? I would love to chat.
