Congratulations to my savvy buyer, Catherine, that just closed on a put-together townhome just off Marine Drive. Her daily commute from her new home will take her past piers, water birds, and gorgeous boats on her way to the office or out and about. Sounds like a peaceful start to the day if you ask me.
