In my first meeting with new buyers, one of the big subjects we talk about is the desired geographic location that they are seeking. One of the most common answers that is get is “close in, east side”. My clients Stephanie & Brett just closed on their sale and got their wish! The house is literally on the roundabout at the intersection of NE Glisan and NE Cesar Chavez. Just a short walk to all kinds of good stuff and crazy access to I-84. In spite of the busy intersection, the place still got a pile of offers and they had to fight for it. Congrats and Enjoy!
