We are thrilled to welcome Beatriz Valencia as Property Manager for Living Room Property Management. Living Room Property Management is a division of Living Room Realty offering a full service solution for residential property owners and renters.
Beatriz has an extensive background in multifamily property management and joins Living Room Property Management with 18 years of industry experience.
As Property Manager, Beatriz is responsible for managing all aspects of Living Room’s rental properties. She will manage accounting, asset inspections and maintenance scheduling for each property, as well as oversee the leasing and administrative staff.
