COVID-19 shook up life quite a bit for everyone and for my clients it meant that they could reinvent their lifestyle at the Coast. It didn’t take long for them to realize their dream was to stay close to the water, though their work brought them back to the city quite a bit. After careful consideration, it was time to sell their amazing home in the city and buy a smaller place with everything they needed for their trips back for work. This sweet home fits the bill! Very cute, great space that has everything they need and maintained by the Homeowners Association. It was perfect! We were so fortunate to have smooth sailing through both the selling and buying process, and now my clients are ready to live their best Coastal lives!
