Location, Location, Location

By Living Room Realty, August 1, 2019

I know, it’s a bit of a real estate cliche, but location really does matter!  My longtime client and friend moved to SW Portland 4 years ago. Their new house in SW was a dream house.  It had everything they ever wanted, everything but a close-in neighborhood with high bikeability and walkability.

As we all know, life is always too hectic, especially if you have 3 kids in tow.  After a few years of spending hours in the car getting the kids to and from school, my client decided to trade in their dream house for a smaller home in more bikeable neighborhood.  It’s a good reminder that location is really key to making a house a home. I am thrilled to help my client relocate to a more central neighborhood and regain the most valuable resource…time.
