After price and bed-bath count, the next item on Courtney and Tony’s new house search list was an incredible location. Their ideal spot would provide them a great grocery, walking/riding distance to their kid’s neighborhood schools, tasty coffee, restaurants, and other everyday amenities.
After a month or so of looking remotely from CA (video + facetime tours), they were offered backup on a very competitive home in the Kenton neighborhood of North Portland. The next, and under asking, offer they submitted was on a fantastic Bungalow in inner SE that had originally been priced too high and had been sitting on the market longer than most homes in the city.
I feel very honored to have helped this family navigate such a competitive market from an entire state away. I can’t wait to meet up for walks in your incredible new spot!
