I have been friends of Pete and Nadege for quite some time now. First meeting at an open house, then helping them buy their first house in inner SE and soon after helping their parents buy a home in Sellwood. The first home I helped them buy was a great starter home that they were so in love with but soon grew out of after the birth of their first child. With the kiddo turning 1 and the need for more space sooner rather than later they started to browse the housing market. They found this beautiful gem in Westmoreland and as soon as they walked into it they felt they could breathe a sigh of relief and could really feel the comfort of home they had been looking for. They decided to go for it and make an offer contingent on their home selling. It was a competitive offer situation so their offer ended up in a backup position but they still decided to rush and get their home ready to sell in 5 days. Just as they listed, their back-up offer moved into the first position and then a couple of days later accepted an offer on their home, and on to closing they went. Now closer to grandparents in Sellwood, Pete and Nadege are now ready to expand as the new owners of this picturesque bungalow. Congrats to these love birds!
