Another happy home buyer!
I had the honor of helping my dear friend, Megan Zimmer find her first home sweet home! When Megan called me up to ask if I could quickly show her a condo on Super Bowl Sunday I was happy to oblige, because (see title). This sweet and beautiful lady found a sweet and beautiful condo that fits her to a tee. Light and bright with 3 floor to ceiling windows and her own private entrance to the courtyard, this charmer was a rare find.
Having found this gorgeous historic condo in the heart of 28th and Northeast Glisan and the Sandy Blvd revitalization area, Megan found her Portland dream home! Not to mention that Megan is no stranger to the neighborhood as she currently lives just a few blocks away. It was a plus that we were able to find her a home that is conveniently close to amazing restaurants and shops! We’re already planning some dates at The Flying Fish Market inside the Providore Market to sip champagne and slurp oysters.
Megan sure does have fabulous style when it comes to making her living space as comfortable and chic as possible. Including her love homes with original features, this condo boasts beautiful arched windows and doorways, hardwood floors, tiled countertops and a fabulous Spanish Revival style mantle as you walk in.
Needless to say, Megan is a happy homeowner and I am one honored friend to have assisted with her first time home purchase!
