Magic Show! That’s how a great sell-to-buy transaction feels.
My sweet clients Jordan and Doug had spent enough time in their small Sumner home I helped them purchase, in 2015 with a 3% down-payment, to create a 20% down payment on the dreamy 1966 split level they are moving into today.
They called in late spring 2018 – but weren’t ready to start all the steps until December… was I nervous putting their home on the market on December 20th? Well yeah of course! But it worked and it feels amazing, they seem pretty thrilled too.
