My buyers relocating from Southern Oregon were looking for something mid-century modern and very special. This type of home is in pretty high demand and we had toured everything that hit market within a 6 month period but none of them were just right. In the meantime, these buyers received an offer on their home so were in desperate need of a new home or rental. I just so happened to know through the Rummer community that someone was just about to put their home up for rent and was able to connect the parties. After moving into their gorgeous Rummer rental, my clients decided that they really loved it so we approached the owner with an offer that they accepted and the rest is mid century modern magic history!!
