Making Room for Twins!

I am so excited for my clients who just closed on a beautiful Vancouver home! With two baby girls on the way, my clients wanted to be closer to family and ultimately decided to sell their home in Portland to do so. Fortunately, their family was just across the river and we were able to work on both sales together! When we began looking for homes in Vancouver, my clients had an idea of what they wanted in their new home and what was reasonable at their price point. We were all thrilled when we came across a home that checked all of the boxes and was a bigger house than they had anticipated being able to buy. They found success in this new city, with an amazing home and one with space for a playroom, just in time to welcome their two baby girls. It has been a pleasure working with these two (again!) and I am so happy they found what they were looking for and more!
