It was a bittersweet sale with 8880 Windward as it was time to sell the family beach house that Joe, Scott and Laura grew up in making chowder and exploring the sandy dunes. Tiles above the kitchen sink with childhood fingerprints, barbecues on the deck looking out to the Pacific Ocean would remain firmly planted in their memories as they moved on to the next phase of family get togethers. Joe will be deeply missed for his sound wisdom freely given at the Sand Dune Bar, but a new life in Bend called to him. A special call out and well wishes to Joe with his Joe’s Bigfoot Barbecue sauce business as well, it makes our ribs spicy and sweet. It was a good sale though, high interest and multiple cash offers out of the gate. The new owners are excited to remodel the house raising the ceilings and creating their own family memories.
