Welcome to Manzanita Jennifer and Miki! After looking for two years, the right house in the south side of town came back on the market. It’s a 98 walk score to shops, restaurants, golf course and park. Also, important it is near friends living on the south side. The backyard faces the 4th hole and has a great deck to sit and relax upon. Plus their four legged friends get new neighbors as well with Coco’s dogs greeting everyone through the fence. Best of all we closed before summer ended so there is plenty of time to enjoy the beach and have bonfires. Although the beach is pretty spectacular in the off seasons as well. Congrats!
