Clients Alicia and Steve were a complete delight to work with over the last several months. Theirs is a story I have heard before and was thrilled they were able to make it happen and live the beach life. Living in Seattle with traffic, fire smoke, and rising cost makes us all think about the quality of life. If you are working from home, why not pick a wonderful place to live? Pine Ridge was just the ticket in this case. Pine Ridge is a quiet, gated community with lots of mature growth trees backing up to green space and Nehalem State Park. This three bedroom home with a absolute amazing covered porch with high wood ceilings and skylights in the back off the living and dining rooms make it a tranquil place to enjoy life. All on one level and a nice sized laundry and mudroom add to the convenience of washing off Sebastian the wonderful grey and white poodle after walks on the beach or in the park.
