Julie was referred to me by a friend a few weeks ago. She was retiring and moving to be near her son and his family. Julie has a horticulture background and wanted a house on some acreage near Mcminnville.
Due to the distance and mobility, it wasn’t easy for her to travel, so her son Brian and I did the touring with her on video. He had an incredible eye for detail, knew what his mom was looking for and what was important to her. As Julie put it, they speak the same language. So when he said, “this house will make you cry” I think we all knew it was the one. It is a special property, 5 acres outside of Mcminnville with sweeping views and enough landscaping to keep Julie busy for years. I am so delighted to be a part of this life change for Julie and her family. Welcome to Oregon!
