Mid Century Bliss in NE Portland

By Lauren Hurley, June 8, 2020

When I first stumbled upon this Listing in the RMLS, it had been on the market for 25 days. I thought to myself, why is nobody buying this mid century dream house!? It appeared to be a sleeper of a Listing. I had a feeling it was being overlooked, but that it wouldn’t last. On the map, it looked pretty darn close to I-84, but upon visiting the home, it felt miles away. My buyers Samantha + Daniel were impressed with the architecture, the size, and the location just worked. It didn’t show very well in the photos, but they had a vision. Fully carpeted, we discovered upon viewing the home, that it had originalinal hardwood floors throughout…you know, the old lift the heat register trick. They went under contract to purchase within 24 hours, and just got the keys! I can’t wait to see what they do, it’s a mid century dream come true.
