Milepost 5 is a condominium building located in the Montavilla Neighborhood. The building was conceived as true live/work spaces for artists and creatives in 2008. It continues to provide and affordable alternative for ownership for artists. Mandee just purchased her first home there at MP5. She is a printmaker and painter. The spaces, with their high ceilings and open concept, are perfect for her to combine her live space with her studio space. Add the community of artists and like minded creatives, it just made the most sense for her.
