Debbie and Kevin decided to sell their sweet condo in Industrial Southeast so that there son could go to Franklin High School with his friends in the Fall. Once their place was sold the clock was ticking to find a new home before they had to give up possession of their old one. After looking at small houses much farther East with a long commute for the whole family, they decided to settle back in to another condo that was walking distance to Franklin. This one was tiny, arguably smaller than the previous, but it was comfortable to them especially since they got to remain close to the neighborhood they love.
