Julie, Bobby, Miles & Gus (the great dane) love their current neighborhood, Rose City Park. As Miles is getting older, their current 1200 square foot house was beginning to feel a bit cramped. Julie and Bobby looked for a new house off and on for over a year before falling in love with this nicely updated house just blocks from their current house. They are gaining an extra bedroom, bathroom, and basement! Plus, Miles and Gus are super excited to live across the street from a park. I am so happy for their family. They will have plenty of room to grow and establish roots in their new abode.
