My clients won this stunning mid-century modern in Multnomah Village with a multiple offer situation.
As the saying goes “everything happens for a reason”… we wrote a competitive offer over Memorial Day weekend and lost out against multiple offers- 5 offers, where another buyer waived their inspection 
. I don’t recommend waiving inspections, sorry! So we wrote another competitive offer against multiple offers on their next favorite house- and got it! Yesss!
This house is so perfect for them, appraisal waived, and closed in 20 days with conventional financing too! They said I was amazing to work with… but really I think they are the best! What a smooth and seamless transaction.
