Multi-generational Living at its Best

By Living Room Realty, September 5, 2019

Two families, two roofs, one gorgeous property…this is multi-generational living at its best! Situated on the border of the Cully and Beaumont neighborhoods, an area in NE known for larger lots, quiet streets, diverse housing options, and funky urban farms, all within walking distance to the thriving commercial area in Beaumont, the location couldn’t be better suited for three generations to find a permanent home.

For Emily and Chad, with their first baby coming in a few months, along with her parents Becky and Bruce, it was love at first sight of the property. The ADU in the rear of the property is ideal for the grandparents-to-be to enjoy their retired years in a modern, minimalistic home with everything they need. Not to mention, it’s absolutely stunning with floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end fixtures, and tons of personality. The front house is a classic bungalow kept in excellent condition with gleaming hardwoods, plenty of built-ins, and charm galore.

I couldn’t be happier for this completely lovely and wonderful family. I’m wishing them years of happiness in their new combined living situation. Congratulations!!
