Woohoo! My first real estate transaction is in the books for 2021! The sale came together on Thanksgiving of all days because a realtor’s work is never done. This was an off market sale that came together and is the perfect layout and location for my client in Multnomah Village. The deal came together through hard work and networking with agents. It was a win for all parties especially when COVID and life circumstances sometimes make listing sometimes less than ideal.
Since it was off-market, I have no photos to share and my client is out of state. However, who doesn’t love photos of gorgeous cookies from the sweetest baker I know, Courtney @lareinita! Are her cookies related to the home sale? No. Will I be eating one of these bad boys to celebrate? Heck yeah!
