I love my contractor buddies, they have saved my skin so many times!
I have build strong relationships with them and we deliver for each other. They are there for me when I need urgent estimates, when I am preparing a listing and have to keep it looking awesome, when my customers need help with their repairs or when I need honest advice, even if there is nothing in it for them.
Personally, I do everything I can to keep them happy. I hire them myself to do maintenance and repairs in my properties, I follow up with them if they provide estimates during inspections and I recommend them to everyone in need, because they are reliable and price their services reasonably.
Most of all, I treat them with grace and respect and always let them know how much they help me to be successful in my job and win with my customers.
