Blog Buyer My Oh My Montavilla!

My Oh My Montavilla!

By Living Room Realty, November 30, 2018

These lovely ladies spent a lot of time thinking and dreaming about the first home they would own together. When the time finally came they were torn between several neighborhoods but ended up finding their dream home together in Montavilla. The home has been immaculately maintained, has an easy care yard, which was a must, and has some super fun design elements including an awesome basement that is oozing with possibility!

In addition to being in the perfect location for commuting to work they are super excited about the walkability of their new neighborhood. Brunch at the Country Cat, amazing oysters at the Over & Out bar (tucked away behind the Observatory) and when they’re feeling fancy the Vintage Cocktail Lounge beckons with it’s charm of years gone by. They will find amazing phó, cupcakes, coffee shops, and some of the best food and dive bars in town. I won’t give away the deepest secrets of Montavilla, they’re best left for exploring on ones own, but this is definitely a neighborhood worth investigating.

Working with these two was truly enjoyable. They are kind, thoughtful, and have a chemistry that is so complimentary it boggles the mind. I look forward to seeing them grow together in life and in their home.
