When you need a friend… In Washington!

By Martin Cross, March 20, 2018

Tristan and Elke found their way to me through another REALTOR® who needed someone to help them buy a house in Vancouver. They were hoping to find a place that wasn’t going to require a lot of work. Someplace truly move in ready but that also had fairly separated living spaces so they could occupy the home together yet not step all over each. They had been searching in Portland and hadn’t quite found the right place so they expanded their search into Washington.
Shortly after, they happened upon a recently well done remodel. It has a living room big enough to entertain guests together, a freshly redone kitchen, a nice big yard for Elke to get dirty in and plenty of space for one of them to have a bedroom upstairs and the other to create their own haven downstairs. Just four short weeks, start to finish and they are moved in and getting settled.
So remember, when you need a friend in Washington. I’m a Broker licensed in Oregon and Washington!
