Every buyer and seller that comes to us is going through some sort of change in their life. Many are looking to the future with excitement for expanding families, changing careers and growing needs. Others are moving into new phases that may not feel as positive or celebrated. Recently I helped a client find a new home after a difficult divorce. While these sad transitions can make the home buying process more emotionally challenging they are also some of the most rewarding experiences.
When I met this wonderful woman she was unsure, afraid and nervous about what the future held for her. Once we found the perfect condo in a brand new building in the Pearl she could start to imagine her new future and dare to become excited about the possibilities ahead. Watching her perspective shift and being able to play a very small role in her evolution was a true honor.
