I met Casia just over a month ago. It was her first day in Portland. She moved here for a job and was trying to decide whether to rent or buy. I was immediately drawn to her spirit, determination, intelligence and warmth. Casia quickly narrowed her search down to specific neighborhoods, which is not always an easy task given the abundance of options in Portland, and house type. This really expedited the search.
After a few weeks of looking, Casia send me a listing and asked to see it ASAP. She had a feeling it was “the one”. We toured the house that evening, which only confirmed her belief. As soon as we left the house, Casia and I sat down to write up a strong offer. The offer was accepted and she moved quickly toward closing. As of today, Casia owns a house in Portland.
