We met Ben and a funky house in SE Portland with pink and green flamingo carpet. Entering that house felt like a scene out the succinct The Great Gatsby. Although riveting with wonderful views, he decided against it which turned out for the best. 
He at the very least found the area in which he’d love to continue life with his lovely Jasmine. Together they are an unmatched duo who love neighborhood walks, good discussions and gardening to name a few. 
When we toured this beautifully updated bungalow Ben was at ease and finally felt compelled and he gave the sellers an incentive that they did not want to refuse. The dance during negotiations was as elegant and in the end left Ben feeling even more excited about his purchase. We couldn’t be more excited for his timing. There will be many bright days ahead for them enjoy their back yard just in time for the summer. Congratulations Ben!
