Bruce and Coco first contacted me in July of 2017.
One of the best parts of meeting them was learning that they owned Tranquille Nail and Foot Salon on 
Division. Not only does your pedicure come with a hot stone massage, it’s just around the corner from our SE office. I’m hooked! Over the past 14 months, we’ve kept in touch- looking at houses and getting pedicures. We started looking in SE Portland, but this summer they moved the search out to Gresham. They decided on new construction, with enough room for family to come and visit for several weeks. This one hit all the essentials, plus it’s a short walk to school for Sophia. I think Bruce was worried that something would go wrong up until the last day. But as soon as they got keys, I got a bigger smile than I’d seen from him yet. I love that.
