New Home for Scrappers

By Living Room Realty, March 15, 2018

Yesterday was a whirl wind!  Between writing offers and running the kids to and from appointments, I had the pleasure of getting the keys to Scrappers’, new home!

He had been looking close in SE with the hopes of staying in the vicinity of his son’s school.  Looking in close in SE with financing is no easy feat.  Time and time again, the houses that we saw went to developers with all cash.  It’s hard to compete and even harder to stay positive.  But Scrappers wouldn’t give up and neither would I.  I new that when we found his house, that everything would fall into place.

When this stucco home became available, he jumped at the chance to write an offer.  It had been purchased by developers this winter who had intended to fully renovate the home.  However, the developer ran into a time crunch with another project, and they decided to sell this home with only part of the project complete.  Win for us!  My clients’ offer was one of   six offers received, but our offer was selected.  I truly believe that in circumstances such as these, that this home was meant to be his.

Congrats Scrappers!  I hope you love your new home!
