It was such a pleasure helping my client, Leta, find the first house she has purchased on her own. She was looking for a house that was move-in ready and near her kid’s school. As a chef, the kitchen and outdoor space for classes were both very important to her. She also needed a great space for her boys. To add to the challenge, she was on a very tight timeframe. Given Portland’s crazy real estate market, this was a tall order. However, we found the perfect place. With a few small changes, Leta will have the chef’s kitchen that she needs, the perfect covered patio to teach clinics on and an entire upstairs to dedicate to the boys. I am so pleased for her and am sure this will be the perfect place to begin the next chapter of her life!
