Woohoo! Happy 2020 everyone. We are officially living in the future!
I got the opportunity to kick off the next decade by handing keys over to first-time buyers Sheenam and Akash. They came to me through another client and friend, and I was excited to hear they were looking for new construction. They had a few specific details in mind, and needed my expertise to help them find quality construction in their price point. I quickly found a great option, built by Everett Homes, out near Bethany on the West side. We were able to negotiate the purchase price and have the seller contribute significant credits to closing costs and other pre-paid items like HOA fees. The catch was, we needed to close in just over three weeks. This required all hands on deck with a solid co-op agent team (Mower Group), Title rep (Deena at FATCO) and my buyers’ lending team from B of A. And of course, my partner Amber Blum as Transaction Coordinator. 
Happily, we made it, and on New Year’s Eve I not only handed them a bottle of bubbly, but the keys to their gorgeous new home. The looks on their faces in this photo pretty much sums up why I do this. So lucky.
This time of year brings with it a time to reflect, set goals and intention for the coming year. Mine are to find a new home for my family (*gulp*), pick up a new hobby, continue to build my business through repeat and referred clients, and most importantly, have fun.
